Parenting Support
You have come to a place where the ups and downs of parenting are understood and appreciated. Becoming a parent is the hardest job on the planet and babies and children are always changing up what they need. If you are feeling sad, or anxious or angry or all of those combined, I am here to listen and to support you. My number one goal when working with you is to help you feel more confident in your ability to be a good mom and to be kinder to yourself in the process.

About Me
1
My Experience
For over 20 years I have been working with parents as they adjust to to the needs of their children. I truly understand that being a parent is not always joyful and that sometimes there is sadness and anger and worry that take over. With understanding and compassion I can help you start to feel like the parent you always dreamed you would be. You can feel better and you do not have to get there on your own.

My Approach
When I start to work with parents I always like to hear about the good times and the hard times. I want to learn about the things that make you smile and the things that make you ashamed. From there, I will help you figure out when things started to turn and reframe the way you view the current struggles you are having. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help parents better understand why they might feel the way that they do. Simple changes throughout the day can really make a difference in the way you think and feel about your ability to be a better parent.

My Goal
While working with me, I want you to feel heard and understood. I want you to be able to see that your relationship with your child can get better and that there is a bright future ahead.
